When buses from Kosovo take the final turn at the siege of Tirana and Durres, they enter the “Independence “street. It has been rebuilt late and passed between the coast and the rest of the city.
The Kosovo-filled buses start making their stops along this road, which ends shortly before the curve is made to the Cavaja Rock.
Such a ritual has been known for vacationers from Kosovo, but since Monday, passing through this road of buses coming from Kosovo has been banned, Inseder reports.
Such a decision has been made by Durres' perfect Emiljan Jan.
He has told media in Albania that this decision has been made to divert vacationers from Kosovo.

Kosovo's “Autobuses of tourists must pass through the beach ring and arrive through the secondary roads of this area near the road {Privacy”, Durres Mayor has said.
But this traffic deviation will not be needed by vacationers from other countries, by bus.
Janni himself agrees that buses with tourists coming from other countries on the Durres beach are excluded from this decision made by institutions in Durres.
Buses of foreign tourists circulate safely along the beach path, because according to the mayors are less numerous than the Kosovars.
All vacationers arrived from Kosovo, but even their drivers have not been aware of these measures that took local power.
They consider the blocking of the “independence” on the beach for passing buses arriving from Kosovo cities.
At the Daylan Bridge and the Plepa, road police set up roadblocks, not allowing any of the busloaded with vacationers to enter the beach. Those buses that tried to enter were fined, while this road traffic police decision was applied only to buses arriving from different cities in Kosovo rather than other states, which have not been prevented from entering the “independence”.
The invaders have shown that in the hot pit they have been forced to wander around the beach alleys for about two hours to find an opportunity to reach their sites. Shocked are all business operators in Durres, but residents as well.
If Kosovo vacationers do not enter the beach, none of them have jobs. Hotels are empty for the most part, as well as rented residences, the Shezlongs are largely empty and the entire area is in crisis.
For 17 years, Asim Ashir has been a police officer in Pristina. So many years he and 50 members of his large family spend summer holidays on Durres Beach each year.
Asyri, his wife, and his three minor children arrived at the beach two days ago. The bus they arrived in was not allowed to enter “Independence”.
We were mistreated by the mother state, mistreated for coming and taking holidays here. Besides Kosovars, no other vacationer has been prevented from entering the beach. Next year we're going to Ulcinj, we're not going to Durres, after what they did to us this year”, says Astim, who except for being very patriotic, is also very patriotic.
Albania's “Police have not brought any obstacles from the border to Durres, but here at the Daylan Bridge they wouldn't let us in. We were sent to the Plepa, and we were not allowed to enter the beach. With small children, bags, and suitcases, we are subjected to this mistreatment”, Education says.
Police employee says that as a result of this situation, the beach in Durres is empty. Our people from Kosovo will not come to Durres. For days now this situation has stopped coming, and it seems that the beach is empty this summer.
