In December 2013, 11 Pristina University officials, including assistants, doctors and students, were arrested as suspects in accepting and exercising bribes and influence, reports Periscope.
They were allegedly receiving between 4 and 10 thousand euros for registration of a student at the Faculty of Medicine.
This criminal group was also suspected of receiving between 100 and 500 euros from a student to pass a test at the Faculty of Medicine.
Twelve people were sentenced to this case today.
Among them is Arjan Yanova, former associate of the professor and dean of the philosophical faculty at Pristina University, Bujar Dugolli, writes Periscopi.
Janova was part of the Student List Reform organisation, under which the largest abusers at the University of Pristina were accommodated under the umbrella.
And at the time these abusers were arrested, there were even such accusations that the dean Bujar Dugolli is behind the organization. /Periscopi/
