Serbia's Parliament Speaker for Kosovo by the government, Milovan Drescu, in an interview for N1 has said Serbia will help the Special Court established in Kosovo, as he has said the dawning of crimes committed by the KLA against the non-Albanian people.
“The Special Court for former senior Kosovo Liberation Army officers is the international community's last attempt to deal with crimes committed by KLA members against Serbs and other non-Albanians, and Serbia will assist in this process”, he has said, accompanying Insander.
“We first demand punishment of those responsible for war crimes, regardless of nationality, and should not be discriminated against victims and the special prosecutor's office is the international community's last attempt to prosecute these crimes”, he said.
Drescu has said there will be political pressure on the work of the Court.
The resolution that could happen in Kosovo's political life is that the coalition around Hashim Thaci and Ramush Haradinaj plans at key positions and then the special prosecution is in no easy position, if the indictment against members of the government can lead to destabilisation”, Drescu has said. /Insider. com
