The small white coffin was found abandoned on the sidewalk in Philadelphia.
Inside, the officers found a plastic bag containing what was later confirmed as two embalmed human organs belonging to a child.
Chief Inspector Scott Small told reporters that the medical examiner confirmed that the bag contained embalmed internal organs belonging to a child.
He told News Action: “Archyvoli appears to be a fresh coffin”, airs Oranews.
