The new law envisions severe penalties for those who change the miles of the” vehicle, he said.
Thus, the five points of Article 73 of the new Automobile Law are said to be “technical control tools.
- Verification of the technical state of participation in road traffic is done through technical checks, a procedure in which the legal subject for technical control evaluates tool data, the state of parts, systems and tool equipment, and the fulfillment of other demand for the vehicle, defined by this law and regulations issued on its basis.
- Equipmented subjects for technical control are obliged to make past mile reading of the odometer.
