However, even after the vote was cast, the government they have voted for has not yet been formed. This is due to the legal procedures and complaints some subjects and candidates have made at PZAP for the outcome of the elections.
Political analyst Imer Mushkolaj has said of Indescline, that these bureaucratic legal procedures are pushing too much for the Certificate of results, and thereby the establishment of institutions. That's why Mushkolaj has a proposal.
“to do the work of the CEC the more efficient and effective electoral reform is necessary, with these procedures simplified”, he said.
Mosskolaj further said this procrastination of institution formation has implications for the country and citizens.
The exhumation of results certificates causes losses for citizens and for the country, because significant processes that the new government would have to do were blocked. This also affects the citizens' decision to exploit the right to vote, because formalising the outcome of their will is lasting” has added Mushkolaj.
Mushkolaj says it is too long for the election process to last four weeks.
“Four weeks to complete an election process are too much for a major state, and let alone for a small country like Kosovo, with a small number of voters”, he said of the Indexline.
Following the CEC's announcement of results, some of the candidates for MPs and political subjects complained about the outcome of the elections in PZAP.
After the 72-hour PZAP deadline, some of these complaints were approved and sent to the Supreme Court. Then even the courts adopt these complaints.
While, during yesterday's day, the Central Election Commission has made a decision to recount 23 locations at the request of the Election Panel for Ances and Parashtres./Indesksonline
