Democratic Party of Kosovo chief member (PDK), Blerta Deliu-Codra, is convinced that on August 3rd the Kosovo Parliament will be consolidated at the helm with the top parliamentman, Kadri Veselin, while, for the establishment of the Government, thinks it is early to be discussed, as it will occur at another session.
In an interview for Kosovo, she has said that on August 3rd, a new era -- an era of creating new institutions, released after the June 11th elections.
Asked whether they have numbers from other parties and coalitions, she has said she cannot speak on behalf of other parties, but has said they are convinced Wessel will be elected to a term as speaker of the Parliament.
Deliu-Codra has added that there is no date when the government will be formed.
On Thursday, the constitutional hearing called by the country's president, Hashim Thaci, will be held. This is the session where the fifth legislature's work will be introduced.
