Berisha alarms for idea Vuciqi has for Kosovo

Even with a big trick dealing with the territorial fragmentation of Kosovo through the Association of Serb municipalities.

According to Berisha, Vuciq does not by chance come up with this proposal when the government-making crisis is visible and his party in the Kosovo Parliament aims to maximumise the benefits granted by the secular and provincial culture of Albanian party leaders.
