Behgjet Pacolli sues Kosovo in Arbitrazh

The Kosovo government will have another battle at the Arbitrazhi Court. After losing his battle with Z Mobile and in another battle with the AXOS company, the country's executive institutions will face yet another indictment.

Remove less than businessman Behgjet Pacolli and his company “MabCo Sontructions” has indicted the Government of Kosovo, respectively.

This information says that the subject of the dispute is “the trading of shares” and accesss the tourism sector, according to data published by Arbitrage.

The company's indictment, owned by Pacolli, concerns the Grand Hotel, which Pacolli had bought and then cancelled. The topic has been one of the most commented in recent years on privatisation scandals in the country.

Accepting the course in the Arbitrazhi Court is the first step for the indictment to move away, however, does not mean anything to the decisions this court can make.
