Ambassador Haley stressed that yet another soft UN Security Council resolution would be the worst “than nothing” in light of continued violations of UN sanctions in North Korea against atomic and missile programmes of the North Koreans.
Three days ago, North Korea took the test of an international ballistic missile and said it is now capable of reaching the land of the United States with atomic weapons.
