The only opportunity for tourists remains the city hospital, located 18km off the coast.
For vacationers, this service remains essential at a time when temperatures are too high and the Tale coast is very frequent.
The first victim of this distance was a vacationer from Kosovo.
Some show that as 46 years old from Kosovo, they failed to get the first aid and lost their lives on their way to the hospital.
Although the tourist season is approaching peak, the Public Health Directorate in Lezha still has no deadline for when emergency service can be available in this coastal area.
