“What Brussels has asked for, which Kosovo and Serbia have accepted, is the concept of normalising bilateral reports and I hope that soon we will see some progress in the Brussels dialogue”, Scott has told the Serbian newspaper “polica”, sends out Telegrafi.
The US ambassador says the US and Serbia disagree over the Kosovo issue, because the US has recognised Kosovo's independence and Serbia does not, but both sides agree that the Brussels dialogue should be used so that relations between Kosovo and Serbia can go towards better normalisation.
The current “on both sides is expected to fulfil all obligations they have taken within this process”, Scott said.
