Four deputies from Vetevendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, Lieburn Aliu, Albanian Pantina and Faton Topalli have decided not to register as deputy in the Kosovo Assembly until next week.
This is what Vetevendosje's spokesman made known through a Facebook status.
No more clarifications are provided, but according to VV) spokesman Shkodran Hoti's message, the MP's registration is not pre-represented with the Constitutional provisions, nor with those of the Parliament Rule.
He writes:
The MP's census is not in advance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, nor with the provisions of the Assembly Rule.
The MP's census is an administrative action for completing the documentation needed for the Assembly administration, including the copy of the bank folder, the ID copy, the residence address, and the CV50.
These documents can be handed over to the Assembly Administration anytime comfortable for the MP.
The census by the Parliament administration prior to the constitutional session is conducted in order to facilitate technical (registering in the hall of the assembly).
MEPs. Albin Kurti, Mr. Lieburn Aliu, Mrs. Albanian Pantina and Mr. Faton Topalli will make the necessary census next week prior to the constitutional session, and this does not present any procedures.
Therefore, issuing the deadline set by the Parliament's Headship for the MP's census, no obstacles to MP participation in the Parliament's constitutional session.
