Three Albanians have been sentenced to a total of about 20 years in prison after being seized with A-class drugs in Cardiff, Wales.
Christian Bujaj, 26, Claudio Dortorei, 25 years old and Ermal Zina, 39 years old, appeared before Cardiff's court on Thursday, after being convicted of money laundering and drug possession in order to distribute.
They were arrested at a residence in The Hawthhorns of Pentwyn after being caught with two packs of pure cocaine, scales and telephones.
They were also found a total of 6 thousand pounds, cash, hidden under the floor of a residence in Nesta Road, Canton on February 7th.
Drugs seized by British authorities, according to “WalesOnline“, worth more than 200,000 pounds.
The three Albanians were convicted and the court decided to sentence Doroftie and Zina to six years and eight months in prison, while 6 months he handed over Bujaj.
Detective Ian Morgan said that after intensive investigative work, police effectives had arrived at Pentwyun's address at the right time, catching “minus” the three Albanians. According to him, that was why they could not deny their involvement.
Morgan stressed that it is clear they were part of an organised criminal gang operating in Cardiff. /tvclean.al/
