Before the court, Albanian Ervin Barak said he had lived in that warehouse for two months. According to him, he was not threatened to do the assigned job, but needed the money because he owed 28 thousand Euro debts.

The Albanian defence lawyer said in court: “He is 26 and is unable to work legally.
He was there to work. He has a boyfriend and a little kid. He was aware of what he was doing, was well paid, and was honest”.
The prosecutor said that at the moment of the Albanian arrest, he was found wearing only his underwear and nothing else. Barak will be deported to Albania after his sentence.
