Simon Schelde and his boyfriend were on their way from Copenhagen to Utah. They were sitting next to an Albanian and had exchanged kisses on the cheek.

This appears to have been too much for the Albanian, who has risen and spit on it. Simon has been raised to ask what the problem is until according to his statement he has hit him in the head.

Several passengers on the train, along with the employees, have kept it Albanian until the train reached Héje Taastrup, where the police were waiting.

Prosecutor Tina Birg has announced that he has been arrested and will be held until July 25th. He denies the guilt. There is fear that he can leave, follows albinfo.

The Albanian who came to visit a friend in Denmark will now be charged with insults. However, paragraph 81 of the Criminal Code makes the situation more serious because the crime act is based on ethnic origin, trust, and sexual orientation.
