Four-name Albanian arrested, sentenced to 19 years in prison for murder in Italy

A 44-year-old sentenced to 19 years and 7 months in prison has been arrested by Elbasan police, having been charged with deliberately killing. The prisoner had been declared in search and carried four names.
The Rand Crimes Investigation Sector, at the Republican Police Department, during an intensive and well-organised work of one month, in co-operation with the special Forces Renea, made the capture and ban of citizens in the international search for Astrit Sufalis, Adriano Sufali alias, Arben Zaim Alias, Josko Rancic, 44, resident of Pecin.
Police clarify: “His capture and ban took place after the Criminal District Court of Elbasan handed down on the date 01.04.2017 has assigned the security measure “Arrest to prison” in order to extradite Albania to Italy of the aforementioned citizens. This citizen has been declared international by Italian justice authorities on the basis of the European Arestus Order issued on the date 14,02.2012 by the Prosecutor near the Brescia Court of Italy, which has handed the sentence of 19 years and 7 months in prison for the execution of the criminal work “Murder voluntarily” envisioned by Article 575, 582, 583 and 585 of the Italian Criminal Code.
His ban was aimed at extradition to the Italian state.
