Albania with cheaper hotels and restaurants in Europe

Albania's restaurants and hotels are the cheapest in Europe, according to a report by Eurostat, albinfo.ch reports.

Viewing the average rate of restaurant and hotel prices, Albania has the lowest prices of 37 European countries, including 28 EU members, three EFTA states and six aspiring to the EU.

Albania's restaurants offer a mix between traditional and international, while hotel standards have also improved, where the tourism sector emerges as a key sector of the Albanian economy.

More than four million tourists visited Albania last year, with revenues of about 1.5 billion euros.
