The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed charges against Rakip Avdyl after allegedly conducting criminal work, pushing for the work of terrorist acts by Article 141 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Rakip Avdyli is accused of supporting terrorist organisation I The SIS, which aims to seriously intimidate the population, destabilise and destroy the fundamental political, constitutional, economic and social structures of various states and then on their territory to create the Islamic State.
According to the indictment, over several months until April 14, 2017, the day he was arrested, via the internet, on the social Facebook network website, on his profile, as well as on the YouTube website, through his personal account “Nashheed” has posted videos with texts that, himself wrote and recorded on which all Muslims have been called on in the name of the jihad to conduct terrorist attacks against the Government of Kosovo and foreign embassies in Kosovo.
