My protected “and his brother have been sentenced to six months in prison for each, but on a defense request based on legal provisions that sentence has been returned to a fine of 3 thousand euros per each”, Jashar said.
This means that for the crime committed, the effective punishment for each of the convicts is 3,000 euros.
The initial session in this case was held by December 5th of last year, but was driven to miss Dauntless Grabovci.
How had the beating taken place?
The two sons of the Kosovo Democratic Party parliamentary group (PDK)'s chief, Adem Grabovci, Displacement and Dauntless Grabovci have beaten a Kosovo police officer to the ground at midnight on February 14th, after stopping them from overcoming speed in the Pristina-Fusha Kosovo magistrate.
Police from Wushtrria Avni Selac is on medical leave, suffering the consequences of the two sons of “chief chief of chiefs”.
He has suffered facial injuries from the heavy blows he received from the Grabovci brothers.
Police Department, along with his colleagues, had been patrolling the Pristina magistrate Fushë Kosovo, while overcoming a BMW-type car at high speed, the newspaper “Voice” reported.
The police were placed at their <x0.0nd pursuit”, thus stopping the car at the entrance of Fushe Kosovo. The driver of the car, later understood to be Adam Grabovci's son, did not have the car pen. The driver had made a phone call in order to conduct the booklet. It was not too late, and the second car, a jeep, had arrived at the scene of the ban.
The second car had been driving the other son of Adem Grabovci while accompanying a boy and a daughter. The policeman had been waiting for him to be shown the delivery book, and the boy, who had been in the company of Grabovci's son, is trying to get near the car. Policeman Selac had warned him not to come near, and without ambush, Grabovci's son, who was driving the jeep car, had punched the policeman in the face.
To ward off the attack, the hit policeman had also used the spray while additional police reinforcements had arrived. Newcomers sent their best-hit colleague to help him, while Grabovci's two boys and two eyewitnesses were escorted to the police station.
The policeman told the newspaper “Voice” that he was hit by the driver of the jeep car who had come to bring the car's license to the banned driver.
I've been hit by the one who came to bring her the booklet. I don't know if there was anything in his hand, he attacked me in my face”, says Police Selac from the Kosovo Police Department in Fushe.
