A 62-year-old with initials, Mr. T. He was arrested yesterday in northern Mitrovica for the criminal conduct of child abuse in pornography.
The victim is a girl with an initial V.F. at the age of 14.
Weapons have been found during the search of the suspect's house.
“On 26.07. We have been informed about child abuse in pornography. With further operational work and the implementation of certain investigative actions, we came to evidence that witnessed this criminal act. In co-operation with the competent prosecutor's office, we have conducted a raid on suspect” said of Kossev, chief of operational planning and assessment of the police for the north, Miodrag Lekiq.
“During the search we have found evidence testifying to such a criminal act. Also, we have found an automatic rifle, a large quantity of ammunition of different calibre and a” explosive device, he added.
The explosive vehicle was evacuated last night, about 22 hours from the US KFOR EOD team.
The prosecutor's decision suspects have been assigned 48 hours detention.
