Only 2 %s of oil entering Kosovo is controlled

During the mandate of Minister of Trade and Industry Hykmete Bajrami, only 2 per cent of the amount of oil that has entered Kosovo has been checked. A little better at the time of Minister Kusari-Lila, where the amount checked has been 5 percent.

So says in an interview for Gazeta Word, head of the Kosovo Oil Association Fadil Berjan, calling the state's ability to deploy control over Kosovo's oil sector.

This is a state failure. Letters have only been read and certificates without quality control” have been issued, Berjan alerts.
