Albanian “Media says these citizens are entrepreneurs, writes CRI, because the citizenship grant proposal has come from the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship.
“Decret for granting Albanian citizenship. In support of Article 92, “c”, and Article 93 of the Constitution, as well as Article 9, dot 7 and Article 20 of law No. 8389, the date 05.08.98, “for Albanian citizenship”, modified, given the proposals of the Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship, decree:
Article 1.
Albanian citizenship is granted at their request to the following persons: Deqiang Nianzu Huang, Yuanfeng Qingzhao Lu, Kangbo Rengang, Changqing Renxiang Jiang, Jiarong Xichang Mai, Changfeng Jiarong Mai, Xiao Zengliang Fu, Chunmei Chenyu Yang, Bin Huaun Zhang, Yu Tingi Xu, Hi Yin Tai Lei, Ronguian Yui, etc., at the decree of the state.
