“Remits accepted in Kosovo come mainly from Germany and Switzerland, these countries, which send 38.5 per cent respectively, 22.8 per cent of the total remittances accepted in Kosovo”, says the BQC report, for the Three-month Economics assessment.
A significant portion of the remittances have also been accepted by the United States, or 7.7 percent of the total remittances accepted in Kosovo.
