The act set up three days ago by the prosecutor EULEX, Danilo Cabarelli, who has provided “Koha Ditore”, charges Bedri Krasniqi, Alban Dezdar, Bajram Kiqmarin and Faik Shaqiri with two counts of criminal acts: serious murder and attempted murder.
The prosecution is largely based on the testimony of Mehmet, who is sentenced to 30 years in prison for the same event.
