North Korea issued permanent orders for the execution of former South Korean President and its chief of spying.
The completion orders, which the North said should be carried out at any time, anywhere, and by any means, constituted a decree of murder against the former imprisoned president, Park Geun-hye and Lee Byung-ho, director of the National Intelligence Service.
The completion orders came nearly two months after the isolated and nuclear-armed country accused South Korean intelligence service of co-operating with the CIA to kill North Korean leader Kim Jong, using biochemical poisons.
“We declare we will impose the death penalty on traitor Park Geun-hye and Lee inside and abroad,” said the North Korean Security Ministry statement.
The statement said their plans for killing Kim Jong were” terrorism sponsored by the state”.
