The head of the State Commission for Demarcation with Montenegro, Speed Bulqi, has reacted after reporting that he is author of a fifth grade book, considered with highly biased content.

But Bulliqi, besides borders, has taken on something else that doesn't seem so scientific. It's about a fifth grade book where Bulliqi was a professional and where a question is being considered biased was asked.

Such form of questioning was viewed as inappropriate because nothing was explained in the book. The Ministry of Education had no answer for him.
