Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation Chairman Hysni Gucati said the Special Court is unilateral, while stressing that it should deal with all those who committed war crimes, including Serbs.
The war bodies have taken a decision to make a petition against the Special Court that has voted Kosovo MPs, with no. 05,L0553. We are not against the Special Court, but we think it is unilateral”, he said.
The petition starts earlier this Friday, and according to Gucatt, with 10,000 signatures collected will be able to bring this case back to the Assembly.
While KLA deputy head of OVL Nasim Haradinaj said that with the approval of the Special Court in the Kosovo Assembly, everyone who voted should feel ashamed. According to him, human rights was violated. We are all offended, but the most offended should be from the president to the MP who has voted it, and those who have not voted and worked to keep it from exceeding”, he said.
