The responsibility for failing to comply has not been taken either. Lekaj has said he has found this situation in the ministry when he received the mandate and has accused the past Government of neglect in implementing the contract with this company.
While LDK deputies have requested clarifications on the differentials of the additional fee for this highway. According to them, for a year's delay in completing the contract, the past government has agreed to pay only 14.7m euros.
