Saimir Tahiri's name for the first time came out of Catania's Habilas file of the Prosecution.

The answer from Catania's prosecutor's office was that “the prosecutor does not see fit to answer”.

I mean, I can't say it's a fake, it's a serious crime “for public acts”. It's one of the most serious crimes predicted in our criminal code”, says the lawyer, Gofredo D'Antona.
