Sabri Baygora discusses the comments of Imam Enes Goga

The head of the Islamic Community of Kosovo (BIK) said in court today that accused Enes Goga, imam in Pec, has made personal comments during his religious speeches, which for the prosecution present calls to young people for participation in foreign wars.

Baygora is testifying to the trial in which the accused are Fuad Ramiqi and four other mother-in-laws Enes Goga, Idriz Bilibani, Mazlam Mazlammi and Bedri Robaj.

Sabri Bajgora said he and the commission that have examined the letter by the Special Prosecutor have found that Enes Goga during the lecture has given his own personal comments that the Prophet Muhammad is not referring to in the Koran.

During today's session, accused Fuad Ramiqi is defending himself, since his lawyer Skender Musa is not present in court.

According to the indictment, Bedri Robaj from 2012 to August 2014 in Pristina, at the improvised mosque at “Termocos”, where he served as an imam, during private sermons and speeches, has supported jihad-shehidology in Syria.
