A conversation recorded years ago among former Kosovo Accreditation Agency former official (AKA), Ferdije Zushi-Etemi, and the other former official of this institution, Basri Muja, has been mentioned Monday in the trial under way.
Another count of corruption in this case is Armendi Muja, son of Basri Muja's uncle.
Police investigator Ridvan Obertinca, who was part of the investigation into abuses in this agency years ago, mentioned before the court a case when Zush-Etemi and Muja had debated during a visit to the “Businessi” in Vushtrri, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Obertinza has witnessed the prosecution's trial of the three former officials, which has begun more than a year. The Special Prosecutor is accusing the former head of the National Council of Quality at the Kosovar Agency of Discension (AKA), Ferdie Zushi-Etemi, and former director of this agency, Basri Muja, of taking bribes from college owners and abuse of official office. The act was set up in September of this year.
