Mytaher Haskuka takes over from Ramadan Muja

Today in Prizren's municipality, accession was made to the commission of mayor from now former President Ramadan Muja to the new mayor of Prizren, Mytaher Haskuka.

Mythaher Haskuka during this ceremony has said he will be head of all Prizren citizens.

“I will be chairman of all the citizens of Prizren municipality, and I am honoured that, along with the citizens of our municipality, we will carry out all public municipal policies with primary and final aim of caring for their demands and increasing confidence in our” policy, Haskuka has said.

And Ramadan Muja, now former mayor of Prizren during Mytaher Haskuka's power ceremony, has said that during his term they have tried to improve the quality of the lives of Prizren's citizens.

“During the ten-year rule, we have been trying to implement various projects that have improved the quality of citizens' living, and I have the satisfaction that today political, administrative and legal duties, administrative, and legal obligations, the winner in Prizren, Mytaher Haskuka”, Muja has said.

In this year's elections, Haskuka won the run-off against the PDK candidate, Shaqir Totaj, by a narrow margin in the vote.
