Following the appointment of a new detention measure even for a month against MPs Albin Kurti and Donika Cadaj Buyupi, the reaction of the Vetevendosje Movement has come, which the court ruling calls injustice and political persecution.
The decision, made yesterday by Judge Becir Kaluldra, by the VV, is considered a decision made by a key person of the captured justice system.
The VV says the decision, not only is it groundless but it is also high on fraud, Periscope reports.
Below, find out the VV response:
Depuits Albin Kurti and Donika Kadaj were extended detention by burdening injustice and political persecution against them and Movement V. EVIDENCE!
Last day, Judge Becir Kaluldra has again extended the detention deadline for MPs Albin Kurti and Donika Kadaj until January 27, 2017. Judge Kaluldra has already returned to the key person of the captured justice system that the regime in Kosovo has ruled in persecution of V Movement activists and deputies I'm sorry. This new verdict by Judge Kalludra again is not only baseless but also elevated to fraud.
In yesterday's decision to extend the detention deadline for the two MPs, Judge Calludra has been deceived by saying that Albin Kurti and Donika Kadaj “have never been encountered in their settlements or locations” and that the same “have been hidden” to avoid organs. We remind Judge Kaluldra and all public opinion that not only two MPs have been found in their homes on visits the police have made to the settlements of two deputies, but also have been arrested exercising their duty as representatives of the people. Specifically, Albin Kurti has been arrested by Kosovo Police in front of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, going to attend the plenary session.
Movement V ENVENTION! called for the immediate release of deputies Albin Kurti and Donika Kadaj from custody, and calls for halting this political persecution the regime in Kosovo continues to exercise on V Movement deputies and activists I'm sorry.
