Lobes Testify in Court of Left Injured

Two minors, B.R. and G.L. They have testified today in the trial in the case of the attempted serious murder that took place in the city of Pec in June.

84-year-old testifies to how the case happened

The 84-year-old before the court told of the incident between his family and the two Kastrati brothers.

He said about noon he had received a call from his son, Joy, about some calls he had received from Bekim Kastrati's Brothers.

When they arrived in Pec, the 84-year-old man said they had first met with the local tenant at a table to discuss the problems that the Kastrati brothers had shown in the local area.

During his testimony, the elderly man said that Bekim Kastrati with the same offensive vocabulary had addressed his son and grandson.

He related when Bekim's brother Necdet Kastrati had come to the table.

Gashi, during questions by prosecutor Sahere Gashi, said on the morning of June 7th of this year, as they were renewing the bar, had come Bekim Kastrati, who she said had addressed in a high tone about why they were making investments at the bar.

Gashi said that after two or three hours at the bar, joy Hoxha had come along with his father and two sons. He said that joy had told him not to solve this problem.

The witness then said that the two brothers had come to Necdet Kastrati's Bekim and two others to the locals.

Inspector Shaban said that on that day as he was passing through the Kastrati family parking lot he called Necdet to consult about a bar he was about to open.

He said Necdet Kastrati had recognised him as a party, for which he said he had earlier had a bar and had been on official duty because of the noise several times.

On the critical day, he said you had stayed in the parking lot with Necdet Kastrat, where he said he had even met his brother, Bekim.

He said he's not very sure but said the person who fired the machine gun was Joy Hoxha.

About witness statement Ismet Shaban and defence lawyers and the accused had remarks.

After completing his testimony, Ismet Shaban had a controversy with Judge Syle Lokaj. He on one occasion addressed the witness that he was “rring”.

This led Bekim Kastratit's lawyer, Mustaf Kastrati, to seek exemption from this court trial by Judge Silas Loki.

According to the lawyer, Judge Lokaj made a prejudiced statement against the witness.

For this request by lawyer Kastrati, the court asked for half an hour of pause to consult the request.

After pause, the court said they have made a decision that lawyer Mustaf Kastrati's request is illegal in this phase of the main review.

The next session was scheduled to be held tomorrow when more witnesses are expected to be heard about this case.

According to Paya's Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, Gezim, the District Hoxha Rapping are charged with the criminal offence of the attempted assassination.
