Hundreds of Kosovars invest in bitumen

Electronic coins are one of the most current topics in the world, but also in Kosovo. Bitcoin is a digital currency in which transactions can be conducted without the need of a central bank. Even in Kosovo many companies have invested in equipment producing bitumen.

The company's director “Criptoma”, Valmir Hazer, has told Kosovo that it is only in his company that between 500 and 1,000 people have invested money in Bitcoin, while there are more than 5 people who have become millionaires.

I don't know how they're managing it or how they can manage it, but the demand is extremely high and there's a lot of people who've been involved since early in bitcoin. I could call it somewhere around 5 to 10 billion bitcoin called, means they have invested hundreds of euros in advance and now they have millions of euros”, he said.

As Bitcoin operates without a central bank, Kosovo Central Bank through a communique has warned Kosovo citizens that using virtual currency poses a risk that could result in financial losses.

But that position of the CEC does not support the company's director “Criptoma”, Valmir Hazer, who says it is a very secure platform.

So, Bitcoin is becoming an entity in itself, where states are accepting it because many people like Kosovo are using it and it is operating”, he stressed.

Hazer for Kosova Pres has shown all the procedures on how bitcoin buying works, and all this can be accomplished if you have a digital wallet.
