Haskuka, has won the mayor's mandate in the race against the PDK candidate, Sacir Totaj, breaking “Jeruzalemin” of this party.
The PDK has seized all legal opportunities to delegate Vetevenodje's victory, but its requirements spread out to legal bodies have been further negative.
