Republika Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has appointed former Health Minister Numan Balic to the Ministry of Management of Local Power. He has been placed in charge of management of activities in areas designated at the ministry and, of course, replacing the mission when it is missing, or when he is unable to do his job.
