The elder was summoned by the prosecution to witness the trial of Murat Adam, Reshat Adam, Fadil Fetiu, and Resmije Bytyqi.
Reshat Ademi's Brothers are charged that on the day of 06.10,2016 about 1530 minutes in the village of Pakan in Suhareka, in co-ordination, they have cruelly deprived Abednego Byqycin of life.
The prosecution's motive was the wife of the late Resmije Byqyqi.
The prosecution in the indictment has also clarified each person's concrete actions. Murat Ademi, under the indictment, had taken advantage of the situation when the deceased was performing several electrical works at Fadil Fetiu's home. In the words of the indictment, Murati was linked to the threat of the weapon. After linking him, Murat had taken the victim into the car and sent him to a place where Reshat Ademi was waiting. In this country, as described in the indictment, the two accused has been hit by powerful means, causing serious bodily injury to the body of the deceased.
According to the prosecution's description, the defendants were not content with the beating when they had brutally set fire to the victim, causing him pain to death. The accused had subsequently put the victim in a pit and covered it with dirt.
The incident describes that the defendants had continued at a meeting of Fadil Fetiu's coffee.
Of all actions, the prosecution charges Reshat Ademi's Murat with the criminal offence of the serious murder, Fadil Fetiu for failing to warn the criminal act, while Resmije Bytyqi is pushing the murder.
The prosecution claims that there is evidence that the wife was the murderer.
The prosecutor describes that the accused Resmije Bytyqi, indefinitely in 2016, at preliminary meetings he had had with accused Murat Ademi's uncle, has prompted him to commit criminal acts of murder against her husband, Abedin Bytyqi.
According to the prosecution's indictment, the accused Resmije, during talks with accused Murat Ademi, had stated that her husband was training, beating, and mistreating, suggesting that if the same does not take any action, he would order another person to kill her husband. The accused Murat, driven by her words along with his brother in co-ordination, takes action with the aim of life deprivation of the late Abednego.

He explained that he and his two daughters had gone to the workshop where Resmija's wife worked, “I said what had been done to lose Abedini, she beat her body with her hand and she said something about Nazim (Grulaj), from there we went to the police station, and it's been a long time since it's the boy's body said the witness.

Until he gave his testimony, showing that his son Abednego had been a very good guy and that he had had no problem with anyone, he broke down in tears in the courtroom saying “me killed that he killed my son, but why would he burn his body”, this situation and the emotional state of witness caused the court to interrupt the hearing for a few minutes to calm down.
