The Ministry of Economic Development has announced regarding the provisions of the deal reached, where, among other things, the project will reportedly be entirely private investment, even though during negotiations it has been discussed that the Government will also take over part of the investment and shares in the project.
Kosovo's “government has not anticipated any kind of participation in the shares of the thermal power plant, New Kosovo.
