On December 19th of this year, elections will be announced at the Kosovo Economic Ode (OEK), in which members of the Kosovo Economic House, its top leading body, will be invited.
Sources within the OEK assembly have told RTK's on this day, the OEK Assembly will also be distributed and the Commission for New Elections on the Law and Rules of the Kosovo Economic Ode will be appointed. This commission will prepare new elections and launch a new OEK chairman.
“Chairman of the Kosovo Economic Ode (OEK) Safet Gerjaliu, following two mandates that have been successfully assessed by all mechanisms, has no longer expressed readiness to be at the helm of the Kosovo Chamber of Economics (OEK)”, one of the members of the Parliament said.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Economic Oda (OEK) is founded by the Assembly of Kosovo and is the country's largest business community organisation.
