Lieutenant General Nundman Rama in an interview for the Tribuna Channel states they have constitutional and legal mandate to carry out their obligations against the process.
It says the KSF has fulfilled all obligations this year and has built the necessary capacities in co-operation with NATO.
It estimates that the date for the transformation of KSF into the Army is a policy issue.
And the prime minister's cabinet states that no date has been set for the transformation of the KSF into the military.
