According to them, the LDK MP's communication with the parliamentary group is rare, and is rarely even presented on the phone.
KTV has tried to contact MP Rugova himself to take a stand why she is not exercising her mandate as the people's choice, but communication has been impossible.
Meanwhile, under the Parliament's regulation, Article 25 stipulates when the MP loses his mandate.
Picasso specified that if the MP is missing more than six months without reason, his or her mandate will be lost. Two months to go, the LDK deputy has to keep her mandate, and only with a signature at one of her plenary sessions as deputy continues.
