Apostolova, has said it is time to do something in this direction, and that it supports the adoption of this document as special.
US Ambassador Greg Delaway has said the time has come for Kosovo to pass the Law on Disciplinary Prosecutor, as this would help have integrity in the justice system and strengthen the fight against corruption and organised crime.
These comments were made at the forum organised by the Ministry of Integration, which included Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri.
He said the focus for 2018 will be the functional review of the justice system, while saying at the conclusion of the penal code, and working on drafting the penal procedure code.
He also added that they have sent the draft law to the assembly to prevent conflict of interest, to the state prosecutor, and that they will also draft the document concept for the suspension of officials to whom the indictment arises.
