Kosovo police under the EUROOPOL or Fast Kosova, in co-operation with the German Police had managed yesterday to arrest the person who, months ago, attacked Kosovo's prison director, Sokol Zogajn.
The information on his arrest has reached the Bureau of Investigation. So the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina has acknowledged yesterday the tip that suspect B.A in charge of criminal activity “The attack on the official person” is banned by German authority.
In a pronomation for “Ineksonline”, Pristina's chief Constitutional Prosecutorial Prosecutor, Imer Beka, has explained the extradition procedure for suspects in the Kosovo prison.
He says the prosecutor of this case has committed all necessary legal actions. According to him, this process may take a month.
The case's “Procuror, Ibrahim Feyza, based on Article 410, paragraph 2, has undertaken all necessary legal actions and with the necessary documentation will address the ministry of justice-department (Office) for international co-operation that will require extradition of the suspect to Kosovo for competent justice organs to select this case”, Beka told “Indexline”
