Bulliqi: Our report is not voted, former state commission vote

The chairman of the new state commission for marking the border line between Kosovo and Montenegro, Speed Bulqi, on the interactive “ ” show of KTV, has said his team's work is not to set the limit between Kosovo and Montenegro, but to analyse the work of the former state commission, led by Murat Meha.

He has said the Commission leading him has faced many shortcomings and inaccuracies of the former Commission. According to him, the Commission has not taken into account cadastral documents or topographic maps, which are the basis for marking a border between the two countries.

Our report is not voted, the preliminary commission report” is voted, Bulliqi said.

“We have not been called to set the border line, we are hired to do an analysis of the former commission's work. I had no obligation to set a line. I've performed a professional service with full responsibility because it's not material that we've produced, but it's 64x1> stem material, Bulliqi said.

According to Bulqi, the former Commission has not preserved the administrative line that existed between Montenegro and Kosovo, a time between Serbia and Montenegro respectively.

This is the new fact, but we have systematic facts of effective control. We've got the Vitomirica-The Tower-Roja road construction. A segment of this road from Savinovoda (Sak's doors) to the Tower was paid by the tools of the Government of Kosovo. Now this section of the road from the Montenegrin government is considered its own and we don't maintain”, Bulliqi has stressed.

He has also shown a testimony of the 1980s, in which he is always testified, that a Paja municipality beekeeper was convicted of a crime in a part then considered a Cadastral part of Pec, and now with the former commission agreement is Montenegro's land. This proves, according to him, that the former commission has issued and has not taken into account facts and evidence saying Kosovo has lost territory.

In the course of the conversation, Bulqi has expressed conviction that the findings of the Commission, which he is leading, are accurate and valid. He has also stressed that this commission is not tasked with accusing and denouncing anyone who is declared over the border.

Speaking of criticism President Hashim Thaci has made to the Bullics Commission, he has said he respects the president, but according to him, the demarcation must be sovereign.
