A father in Kyrgyzstan was filmed kicking his son, since he was unable to get on foot by snow.
The shocking video shows the father, who has been described by local media as a 50-year-old, kicking the baby across the sidewalk in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
Both, the father and son are dressed in winter clothes and supposedly the child is lying on the ground- it is not known if accidentally.
The child tries to stand up, but he keeps falling back, lying on the ground while his father sees him.
After a few attempts to get up, the father with his leg began beating the baby wild.
The father then forces him to stand up and keep walking while the child is looking at his balance.
Local media also reported that the father had been identified and arrested after the video was posted on social media. His name has not been made known.
