Kosovo's “Formatation of Armed Forces should be within the framework of the Kosovo Constitution and consultations with all the peoples living there. We support Kosovo's independence, and each country has the right to choose strategic partners and strengthen security. Scott has also talked about dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
He has stressed that there must be long talks and direct dialogue, the whole focus according to him should be on the dialogue organised in Brussels.
Scott agreed with Vucinciqi, who had earlier said there are many myths in Serbia for Kosovo.
