CEC member representing Vetevendosje, Adnan Rrustemi video published by the PDK, allegedly testifying to the manipulation of votes by Vetevendosje, has called them poor films.

Rrustemi says carrying ballot boxes to the police's presence all the time from polling stations to the truck waiting to be delivered to the Municipal Election Commission and then to the Counting and Results Centre is very normal.

He says the boxes were under police escorts permanently, writes Periscope.

Beating ballot boxes into the police's presence all the time from polling stations to the truck/national that you expect to deliver to the Municipal Election Commission and then to the Centre of Counting and Results is very normal.

The boxes have always been with police escorts and escorts by leaders of all political parties and their members in the KKZ.
