The document, which is the decision signed by Chief Prosecutor Lumezi, dates April 28th 2015. It says, Kujtim Munish, prosecutor at the Constitutional Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, is delegated to competencies at the chief state prosecutor's office.
Point two says that besides the competencies Munich would have as Gjilan's prosecutor, he will exercise other functions that enter within the head of state office, including the drafting of reports and other written documents.
This decision is not on the official State Attorney's page. But there is another decision, which says that just two months after Munich had taken over powers, he was assigned to another commission.
He, with Lumez's decision, was part of the Commission for Daykeeping and verifying alleged cases of organised crime and corruption broadcast into the media.
Based on the 2010 State Prosecutor's Law, which was in effect at the time of making the decision, which is the date, April 28, 2015, Article 20, points 1.4.
